Ellen Willen brings decades of executive experience in finance and operations. She has spent a majority of this time focused on structuring and building startup companies and working on multi-stage financing rounds including an acquisition transaction by a large public company.

Ms. Willen is the former Chief Financial Officer of Intellectual Digital Corp (iDC) which has completed or closed several fundraisings at higher share prices.

Prior to joining Intellectual Digital Corp. Ms. Willen was CFO and Board of Directors member of Aptiviti Inc., an award-winning data driven technology research company serving a network of 4500+ Global 2000 CIO’s and High-Level IT leaders. Prior to Aptiviti, she was Director of Finance at MDSolarSciences Corp., a dermatologist founded skincare company where she  participated in the successful Series C Financing round, enabling them to expand its distribution channel to major prestige outlets.
